Jimmy explains some of his thoughts on community and some of the pushback that he’s gotten as he’s focused on the DC Tech community. Community is a perception of what is around us. Maybe we need to stop using the term “DC Tech Community” and less loosely define it as “tech”? Did I just call Geoff my “normal” cohost? Is he really all that normal? ;-) We get Greg Gershman on the horn to tell us about Odeo’s acquisition of Blogdigger. He then goes on to tell us about the new Odeo. Friday, February 17, 2006 News Jamie’s great friend, one of the principals who recently served a full term on the Disneyland Creative Advisory Council in Anaheim, CA, and fellow child at heart Jeff Baham, will be teaming up during the trip to produce something very special. Jamie worked and allowed her likeness and image to be featured in many of Baham’s campaigns with Disney, and Baham counts Jamie among one of his biggest inspirations and friends. Stay tuned! Live From Disney Update: Due to overwhelming fun and Mickey’s impressive and innovative persuasion tactics, Jamie and friends have decided to extend their time in Disney and will now be returning Thursday, March 2nd as opposed to the earlier scheduled date.
