I saw this story today in the LA Times. While, again, it is someone who has lots of money to invest, it does show some movement into the new media world by traditional media folks. Considering how poorly this gem is doing at the box office, there's a good chance you'll miss your opportunity to catch Stardust in theatres if you don't go soon... it's been billed as an action fantasy epic, and it's been graded by critics as such, and is not stacking up to Lord of the Rings. But what some of the denser film professionals fail to see is that, while marketed as an epic, Stardust is a fairy tale, and is more at home in the company of Inigo and Westley from the Princess Bride than Frodo and Gandalf.
