The Sanskrit name for the Lord in his His aspect of the cosmic ruler, from the root ‘is’ , (is), to rule. Is-vara. Isvara is He by whose Will all universes in orderly cycles are created and dissolved. I Am Isvara, I Am Light. As a very young child, I set out upon looking at the first few pages in the Bible that I was handed, and I held the book in my hands, and I was told that it was a very special book. I’d held other books in my hands. But this book, this was a special book. And so I open up the book to the first page that it fell upon. I felt that that would be important and I let my eyes travel through these words until I felt like I was supposed to stop. Because there before me, were words on the page, standing out larger than any of the other words in living fire and I never will forget these words, and they were, I Am That I Am And I held the book in my hands and I could feel the weight of it. And my soul spoke to me and it said the word ‘NOW’.
