Last night we lost the mother to the Civil Rights Movement. Ms Rosa Parks passed a way at age 92 of natural causes. Sadly, far too many people who have grown up in the past generation or so are only familiar with Ms Parks because of her lawsuit with Outkast and because of Cedric the Entertainers cutting remarks about her in the movie Barbershop…We took so time out to give you a little bit of history including a short interview from Ms Parks courtesy of the Pacifica Archives… We also have some insightful remarks from former Black Panther Kiilu Nyassha who broke things down about Ms Parks during a show we did on the movie Barbershop.
