F.B. Leon Guerrero Middle School in Yigo, the "Home of the Hawks", made the dreaded Top 10 list of the island's most underperforming campuses. And two of the major issues cited were the restrooms in the E Wing and the locker rooms in the school's gymnasium. First, the restrooms.
