Raymond Berry is an NFL Hall of Fame WR who played many years with Johnny Unitas and the Baltimore Colts before leading the New England Patriots to their 1st Super Bowl appearance as their head coach from 1985 to 1989. He was fired after a 5-11 season in 1989 with an injured and rebuilding team that GM Pat Sullivan and new head coach Rod Rust felt was a playoff team. That 1990 team went 1-15 without Berry.
