This is my first official air check and was one of my first nights on the air at Lake Land. Larry Oathout recorded it for me and gave it to me one afternoon. You will hear WLBH employee Brett McKinley exiting the room a few seconds into this. I would eventually get him fired (accidentally). That’s what happens when you say F**K on the 5:05pm news reel on Stereo 97 and forget to tell the night man to be careful cueing it up. I have since learned how to say Creedence and that Bruce Springsteen is not a band unless accompanied by the E street band. Thank you.
