Chatting with Shanise B. was born out The Akua Magazine.Net’s Spotlight of the Month. As I chatting with everyone, recording our conversation and playing them back as I prepared their articles, I realized something. I was missing a great deal of THEM. I am not a write and did not feel my translations of the conversations were doing my guest justice. In the month of July 2007, the one year anniversary of The Akua Magazine.Net, I had the pleasure of speaking with NY PR Diva. I recorded the conversation to play back later. As I was recording our conversation, I realized I needed to let everyone hear this. I have always loved candid interviews and decided to share it with my listeners and visitors. I very recently decided to give this show it own name separate from my music podcast, The Akua Lounge, and thus was born Chatting with Shanise B.
