Devo Working in a Coal Mine This is an old Lee Dorsey song that was written by Allen Toussaint in 1963. Both Dorsey and Toussaint were from New Orleans while Devo are from Ohio. What’s the connection? I don’t know!!! Jackofficers Flush Two members of the Butthole Surfers recorded an album of “electronic music” in 1990… and of the 11 “songs” featured, this is the only one worth podcasting.
