Today’s business and community leaders must find new ways to attract and retain the brightest and best employees. Arts-based economies can enhance state efforts to diversify rural economies, generate revenue, improve the quality of life and attract visitors and investment. The Wyoming Arts Summit, held October 19-20, 2007,
examined the role a strong, creative community provides in the success of businesses and communities. Forward-thinking leaders and change agents shared their visions from the worlds of business, government, academia, community development and the arts.
