ODEO Support Desk

Just wanted to drop a note from the team with regards to the status of your requests for support. As you know, we are transitioning support for ODEO to our team here at SonicMountain. I was working with the trouble-ticket system this AM and discovered that we are getting over-run with SPAM and so we will be implementing some anti-spam controls for the contact page. Nothing like having to delete 400 copies of "Wow, fantastic site", "COOOOL" and other associated SPAM. In addition, as previously mentioned, we are still working on the feed-crawler and there was a significant time period where it was not functioning at all. That generated hundreds of tickets in an of itself. We have assigned additional resources to help work the backlog and will definately be much more responsive to your requests.

On a more positive note, many people opened tickets with the subject "can upload my content?" This is one of the features that we hope to turn on in the coming months along with better tools to locate, manage and synchronize your favorite content to your favorite portable device.
