Happy Birthday Nana

The Marshburn Mailbag turns up a great way to use Odeo. Looking forward to those virtual postcards from Hawaii too.

It's What's Insided That Counts

Here's an interesting post about how the Intel Inside jingle was produced with some info about the guy who created it. You can play the jingle here.

A Message from Molly

Molly misses the rest of her pack who are on a three week trip to the Panama Canal, Costa Rica, and the Galapagos Islands. Science has not yet determined if this barking is actually suggestions for how to make the Odeo recording tools more dog friendly. Perhaps one day we will know for sure.

Henry and the Porcupine

Here's a great example of Odeo in action that Phil Huff has decided to share not just with his Grandchildren but all of us. (I'm guessing the porcupine got away safely with just a few missing quills and Henry is all fixed up now.) Here's what Phil has to say about storytelling:
Hearing stories from family members about themselves is part of an oral tradition that podcasting could well revive. So imagine we are all on the porch after dinner and Grandpa is talking about that time when...
That's good stuff. Thanks Phil!
