We sat down with LA rapper Omar Cruz to talk about the plight of Latino MCs and which direction he hopes to take things.

We talked at length about the history of LA Hip Hop and the often overlooked involement and contributions of Latinos. We talked about Cruz’s longetivity in the game. We also got down on the political tip and spoke about Black-brown relationships in LA and how it will impact the presidential campaign.
