I am not surprised at the unabated zealousness with which MSM completely obliterated a lifetime of service by Rev. Jeremiah Wright to his country and his community in a few news cycles. An innocent man has been demonized before the world, based on 3 video clips, taken out of the context of a sermon (lesson), manipulated and portrayed as a grotesque harangue by a diabolical racist-expatriot. All in an attempt to character assassinate the legitimate front runner of a party wrestling with its future direction and identity. This is unacceptable; it is, viciously cruel, and most assuredly un-American.
Just like the lack of courage by all in the media to illuminate propaganda in the run up to the war, even after it's authorization and execution, and the many scandals to come from it, the media's complicity in the Wright scandal is cemented in history for future generations to deride.

The Bible says that the enemy comes to steal, kill and destoy... I am so ashamed that I allowed the enemy to use me to help destroy this man's character.
The enemy has used the media to spread lies on this man and I , with many others bought into this foolishness.
Once again, Obama made the right decision and took a stand for what he knew was true and for what he believed was the right thing to do -not the popular thing to do, but the right thing to do. God Bless you Mr. and Mrs. Obama, Roland and honorable Rev. Wright.

Well I have been told to listen to the full message. I did, all 38 minutes and 42 seconds of this anti-White and anti-American rant. Now I know the context and don't think my first opinion of what your church is about has changed one bit. No wonder the African American community has resentment towards whites and the government. I have never gone to a church that has ever, ever, ever preached that kind of manure. Getter stick to the 30 second sound bites as they are less offensive.

Amen! Rev. Wright speaks the truth, and for some, that hurts. Be that as it may, I say, keep it up. Let us not cower in the corner but let us stand tall and shout out the truths that need to be said, that need to be heard. Rev. Wright speaks not out of racial hatred, but out of a deep desire to see wrongs righted.

Amen and Amen again. Dr. Rev. Wright is only revealing the true character that uses the slogan, "One Nation Under God". This nation does not want to hear the evil things that it has caused and continues to cause in the oppresion of people. Sorry that the truth hurts, but if the shoe fits, wear it America. God is not pleased with what you are doing and if this nation does not turn from it's wicked ways, seek God's face, then will He hear from Heaven and heal this land.

Rev. Dr. Wright is a brilliant, committed world citizen who is 100% on point with his truthful assessment of American historical experience which will culminate in the Empire's downfall. Of course, most sleepwalking shopaholic "patriots" in denial still won't get it altho. it's all crashing down around us. The "speck" vs. the "log." Generations of cruelty, arrogance and oppression towards others unlike ourselves is catching up; no wonder, "Jesus wept."

The Revern Wright was accurate and correct in his comments. He told the truth and did not direct his comments at anyone but those seeking salvation through Jesus Christ. There is nothing offensive about the statements. The truth is a defense to all of the accusations made against him for the remarks. If truth is the standard for judging his remarks, he is the winner.

Reverend Wright speaks the truth. Thank you, Rev. Wright. I am a Texan of Mexican descent. My ancestors were also failed by the Republic of Texas and later by the United States of Texas. Many Tejanos fought along with the Texans for freedom and independence. But that is not written in the history books. After the war was won, Tejanos became 2nd class citizens. It has been 172 years and we still don't have a U.S. Senator or Governor or Supreme Court Justice. But we are getting closer to that day. Again, thank you Rev. Wright.

I owe an apology to Rev. Wright. Although I don't agree with everything he says, after listening to his sermons I could see how I let the media influence my opinion about somebody based on short clips that the media picks and chooses to air, to get me on their side, whatever it is they are trying to make me see. After listening to his two "controversial" sermons all I can say is: "Rev. Wright you say it as it is, no beating around the bush and if people have a hard time looking at themselves in the mirror and reflect on their actions, then the problem is theirs, not yours." In fairness I also have to say that white people are not the only ones who are racist, greedy, and supremasist. Black African tribesmen are just as guilty of enslaving other blacks from enemy tribes that were captured and made prisoners. And I am sure that if we look even deeper into the history of the African Continent, we'd probably find many other atrocities that we are not even aware of, because it was not recorded or just didn't bother to look into. Let's be fair and admit that the problem of injustice, racism and subjugation of other people is a human ordeal and in order to bring peace and harmony into this world we need to stop identifying with a certain skin color, culture or belief. Because just by identifying with it I am becoming a separatist. Me against you.
