The Ambient Dance Sounds of Henta Ellis

This interview with Henta Ellis was held at the Guildford Spectrum, a leisure centre on the outskirts of the town, which is almost home to podcasting.

Well, Adam Curry lives here sometimes and mentions Guildford occasionally in his podcast.

Henta Ellis also lives in Guildford and although she has never met Mr Curry she has done some work for him indirectly.

In December 2005 ? she contributed vocals to the Podsafe for Peace ‘If every day were Christmas’ track in support of UNICEF ? a project initiated by the ?God of Pod? himself.

So it made sense to hold the interview somewhere in Guildford, which was open at night and didn?t have too much going on in the background.

Henta is a classically trained pianist and has been composing for about 20 years. She writes in her home studio using Cubase SX and mostly virtual instruments for her recordings.
