Plans have been hatched to disrupt the referendum, and we talk about recent meetings former US National Security Director Paul Wolfowitz and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright have held with opposition sectors. In the last third of the show we have some of the highlights from a talk by Michael Lebowitz, who is based at the International Miranda Centre in Caracas, gave while on a brief trip to Toronto, Canada, where he outlines what Socialism of the 21st Century is and is not before explaining the development of this new model in Venezuela.
